Fantastic and wonderful location, 5 minutes' walk to Discovery Shopping Mall. Particular good mention to the really friendly and excellent personnel at reception desk. A large bed and a brand-new room overall.

Reasonably good breakfast with Salads and waffle and the best deep fried bananas. Soundproof rooms with a balcony and comfortable bed and garden views, great and stunning location.

The location is marvellous and stunning, close enough to main shopping center and shopping malls and resturents, you cannot beat it. Kartika Plaza district is absolutely worth visiting.

Fabulous units with balcony, pedsetral fans, as example, and the staff where good. The location was great for walking around a lively water park.

Fairly clean place with consistently courteous and accommodating staff and lovely view instead of garden view. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the deluxe king room, plus effective Wi-Fi, cable channels, and electric outlets.

The really friendly staff upgraded us to a romantic room by visa card.

The room was great-sized and the facilities included effective Wi-Fi, cable channels, and power sockets. We had a lovely garden view and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was very courteous and accommodating, the bathroom was great-sized. The hotel had a very central setting very close to sea shore.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unattentive.

Early check in and late check out. Units with a beachside view. Fantastic and stunning location for our needs, just off restaurants, Waterbom, and the Hard Rock Cafe.

The room I booked was kept very clean and available with fantastic view. The breakfasts where incredible with baquery and Local Indonesian Cuisine and the egg station and all the stuff was amicable. The location was central, particularly good in the concierge area. The pool was very clean and I had cold drinks in the pool bar.

The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of a watery amusement park.

Strategic location with a relaxing environment and the soothing sound of the sea waves at night. Nutritious buffet breakfast with a variety of options. Open-roof balcony with ample sunlight for a pleasant stay. Practical living concept that is not overly luxurious. Convenient shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Various airline counters available in the hotel lobby for customer convenience.

The whole room was well-appointed and brand-new and had ample tea and its own balcony. The location was amazing and gorgeous, just a pleasant stroll away from Discovery Shopping Mall.

It is well priced. The property has an amazing location, very close to the restaurant at breakfast, a concrete jungle, and within a walking distance to the beach. A nice touch is also the cold beverages in the poolside bar.
